The new website, built in Drupal 8, integrates with JW3’s new ticketing system for their events programme (yep, you probably guessed it, Spektrix) and as usual, our UX workshops were a crucial part of the design process, putting at its core the needs of JW3’s audiences. The site also acts as a gateway to JW3-TV and JW3’s new resource, JewishOnline, bringing together the widest range of Jewish content in one place for all their audience needs.
We’ve also built in wishlist functionality. Inspired by ecommerce UX, this allows users to easily tag events they may want to revisit later. And true to our data-driven process, we’ve also provided JW3 with a powerful measurement model dashboard which the digital team at JW3 can use to manage and develop the website’s performance on an ongoing basis.
Visit the new JW3 website here and stay tuned as more details about the project will follow in our case study.
