Un.titled is delighted to welcome Chelsea Arts Club as a client. We have onboarded the organisation’s existing WordPress website, and will be leading a tailored custom development project to take their website to a new level of performance.

An important aspect of our work will be a UX/UI audit. Our aim here is to highlight opportunity areas and create a development roadmap for Chelsea Arts Club that will ultimately outline the steps required to deliver a more rounded and engaging digital experience for users.

Having the opportunity to work with an institution with the history of Chelsea Arts Club is something we are thrilled about. We are excited to see what we can achieve together.

Brian Healy, Chief Client Officer at Un.titled.

As part of the UX/UI audit, our team will review user journeys, carry out brand updates and look to simplify the website’s navigation. This will make it easier for users to find the content and information they want, in turn, this will improve the overall website experience.

We will be looking to introduce higher levels of accessibility to the website, allowing it to cater to the requirements of a broader audience demographic.

We are planning to integrate and provide Single Sign On between the Chelsea Arts Club site and their new membership platform — Millennia from Infodata. This will take the process of signing up for  membership straightforward and allow existing members to manage their accounts easily.

Additionally, we aim to make the process around uploading and formatting on the site smoother, making things easier for Chelsea Arts Club staff.

Our team will also deliver ongoing hosting and support for the website. This will cover a range of services from system administration to operational support and account management.

Essentially, this will help to create an enhanced process for Chelsea Arts Club when it comes to their digital operations.
