As a company that is well positioned to act in this way: we feel it is the right approach and show of leadership and as such we are putting the following measures in place.
As of yesterday all Un.titled staff are required to work from home. We are enforcing a travel and visitor ban and we will be conducting client meetings by telephone and video conferencing.
As we work across multiple offices and with remote project teams, tools like video conferencing, screen sharing and remote workshopping are already standard practice. Most clients are familiar with and increasingly adept at remote techniques too, but if anyone wants help or advice, we are ready to help.
We will do everything that we can to maintain the highest possible level of service over the coming days and weeks.
