Working with Un.titled was a pleasure. The scoping process for the site gave us a unique insight into who our customers are and the journey they take when visiting our site, which was fundamental to the final build. Our website now reflects more effectively who we are and what we do. In the first 6 months since the launch, we have seen our engagement levels rise significantly.

What some of our clients say
We're thrilled with the result of our web redesign with Un.titled – from initial scoping to the final result they have been really supportive, they've helped to deliver a website which we feel is emblematic of our brand and for our wide range of audiences, so easy to use
Rosie Haas, Marketing Manager, London Sinfonietta
We spent a long time writing a brief on what our website wanted to deliver. Brian and Michael were head and shoulders above in terms of understanding the needs we laid out. The Un.titled team continuously came back to those needs throughout the process.
Zoe Steel, Director of Marketing and Communications, JW3

Responsive Theming
We always look to keep the user experience front and centre, and this is no different with our Drupal work. Part of this is helping clients to create engaging, user focused Drupal websites that look good and perform well on any device, i.e. responsive theme development.
Frequently Asked Questions
What versions of Drupal are there?
Drupal 7 and Drupal 8 are the most popular versions. Drupal 8 is integrated with Symfony framework, which offers heightened code security, an in-built ‘translation’ component to support multiple languages, and routing capabilities to support better ranking website in search. Drupal 8 also offers much improved backward compatibility. Drupal 9 is coming soon too with a release date of June 2020. We’re already planning for Drupal 7 and 8 EoL (end-of-life), due for November 2021.
Who uses Drupal?
Drupal is used by household brands and national and international organisations the world over, such as Tesla, the Australian Government, Royal Mail, Puma, Pfizer, the Grammys, The Emmy Awards, Le Figaro, The Economist, NBC, Visit Fuji and Lady Gaga. It has an excellent reputation. It is used widely throughout the arts cultural, heritage, NfP, local and national government sectors (BFI, British Council, Data.Gov.Uk, Barbican, Brighton & Hove Council, Burnley Council, Croydon Council, Imperial War Museums, Live Nation, London Assembly, Lush Cosmetics, National Galleries Scotland, National Theatre, Ofsted, Science Museums, Tate, The Louvre, The Economist). Drupal is also widely used in Higher Education. Seven out of the world's top 10, most prestigious universities and 70% of the top 100 universities worldwide choose Drupal, including Oxford University, Cambridge University, UCL and Harvard (in fact all eight Ivy League schools use Drupal).
How secure is Drupal?
Drupal is a proven, secure CMS and application framework that stands up to the most critical internet vulnerabilities in the world. Drupal is mature, stable and designed with robust security in mind, from the ground up. Organisations around the world - including leading corporations, brands, and governments - rely on Drupal for mission-critical websites and applications, testing its security against the most stringent standards. A dedicated security team, along with a large professional service provider ecosystem, and one of the largest developer communities in the world ensure rapid response to issues. Many security problems are prevented entirely by Drupal’s strong coding standards and rigorous community code review process. No other open source CMS has such a robust approach. The result is that while WordPress accounts for the majority of security breaches, Drupal does not.
Does Drupal support responsive design?
Yes. Drupal supports responsive and mobile first designs out-of-the-box. It also supports delivery of fully responsive content assets (images, tables etc) and to support content editors and site owners who might need to manage the site via a mobile device (smartphone or tablet), we ensure the editorial and admin UI is fully responsive too.
