The Royal Institution’s Venue Hire team asked Un.titled to enhance their online presence and help optimise their online lead generation and promote the wonderful spaces they have to offer.

One of the key areas of focus was optimising the organic SEO for the site. Un.titled’s digital marketing experts ran an SEO project that has helped the Royal Institution Venue Hire team pin down where their SEO and content focus should be. This included the creation of a content calendar and an enhanced news and case studies section. The content calendar helps the team plan out content for the next year, factoring in dominant trends and comparing their work against their competitors.


Another important element of the project was to present and do justice to the spaces that the Royal Institution has to offer. This meant a greater shift towards image-led design, with the ability to add video banners to all pages to better communicate their unique spaces. This enhances the team’s ability to sell the spaces it has and will ultimately help to drive revenue.

The design also makes it easy to break down the capabilities and profiles of the respective spaces. This includes presenting clear details about how many people can be accommodated into each space, and suitable uses for each space on offer. Other services can be easily promoted too, such as great public events that may be taking place at the Royal Institution.

The project also included two integrations. This saw the creation a Drupal webform that connects up to Salesforce Forms, and allows the team to manage leads more easily. The second integration involves the Microsoft Azure sign-in process, and allow users to sign in using organisational credentials through Drupal.

This revamp of the Royal Institution’s Venue Hire site will help the team make the most of their existing content, while also providing a structure to enhance the quality and efficacy of their content moving forwards.
